I ordered a Lumia phone(Order # NDD2761186) and didnt get any sort of response on the shipment. After several follow up with their customer care(support ticket # 74884), they finally confirmed that they dont have product to deliver and cancelled the order after 3 days of waiting(I am not sure how they can take order for products which are not in their inventory - surprisingly they claimed they had stock when put the order).
Now, by giving reasons of their processes, they promised to return back the money in next 7 days, hope they do keep their promise and I don’t have to go through another hassle.
Now I can understand why they have so many un-happy customers(these videos of delighted customers seem to be fake).
Friends, avoid askmebazaar if you don’t want to live in uncertainty and don’t want your money to get blocked for 2 weeks for no reason.
