For Next Day Delivery, I Have Been Charged On Sbi Credit Card For The Purchase,
Askmebazaar Representative Called Me And Said That The Product Will Be Delivered On Monday At 10 Am. I Have Asked Them That The Product Should Arrive At The Destination On The Monday Itself Because I Have To Leave On Tuesday, He Said Ok Our Person Will Call You On 10 Am On Monday, Nobody Turned Me Till The Evening, So After So Long Waiting I Called Them On Monday Evening At 10.30 Pm That The Product Has Not Been Delivered Yet, He Said Sorry, You Will Receive It By Tomorrow, I Told All The Problems That I Have To Go For A Project, Where I Have To Carry The Same Equipment And For The Same I Have Places That Order, He Said That The Order Will Be Completed By 9’o Clock On Tuesday Morning, If You Don’t Get Your Order In Said Timeline We Will Return You The Whole Amount Charged For The Purchase, I Agreed
But Till Tuesday At Till 12’o C Nobody Came To My Place For Delivering The Camera, So Again I Called Customer Care & Repeated My Urgency, She Said That The Product Will Be Delivered By 3pm, As I Will Be Leaving Pune At 4pm,
At 3 They Called Me And Said That The Product You Ordered Is Not Available And We Will Give You Another Product, Means I Have Ordered Gold, And They Don’t Have It So They Are Sending Me Aluminum Of The Same Weight, What A Bullshit, And Disgusting Service, I Have Told Them All My Concerns And Urgency And Paid The Money In Advance, Then Also They Cheated Me, Wasted My 3 Days By Committing Next Day’s Delivery, Even At The End Of Their Committed Time They Shamelessly Saying That The Product Is Not Available?
Then Why Do They Charged Me And Promised To Delivered The Product They Don’t Have, Its Simply Cheating!
On 16th They Assured Me That They Will Refund Money Within 3 Days, But Till Today On 21st
I Didn’t Get Money, I Called Them Today That Why I Didn’t Get The Refund They Again Said That They Don’t Refund Money, I Will Get An Update After 3 Days Again
Its Purely Cheating, please take serious action against these frauds
