After reading so many reviews of askmebazaar I was not expecting the product to ever arrive. However it did! I ordered for dinner set and also received it before the promised delivery date and product so received was way more good than expectations.
Askmebazaar is a good site and offers good products at competitive prices.
HOWEVER,
They badly need to work on the Customer Service they provide as their reps don’t know how to take calls.
You are always in dilemma if the payment has gone through or not(online payment) as they don’t send confirmation message.
There’s no whereabouts of the product for atleast 3-4 days. After which you will get a text of shipping details.
When you call Customer Care you get just one reply " you will receive the product in 10 days". You ask them whether the product has been shipped or not, they have no answer to it.
