Firstly A Lil Respect Before The Beatdown, Greetings For The Ask Me Team,
This is in regards to a refund pending with you people for the last 2 months with only fake assurance being delivered to me by your so called back end team. Let me start in detail and let everyone know about ask me services.
1) Ask Me Bazaar participates in the GOSF for a third party vendor selling PUMA BAGS. I order 2 of them and get a confirmation almost immediately.
2) The vendor sends a message that the bags have been sent across and as per confirmation from the customer support rep I spoke with the the delivery time frame would be for 7-8 working days which excludes holidays. I wait patiently for the delivery to come by.
3) 2 weeks have passed and no delivery still. I call up customer service and wow the response was as such that I was stunned. The customer care rep says that he does not have the resources to track the product and it will be delivered for sure. In the age of eCommerce people go for deals and economical priced products and ask me does not have the status.
4) Further 2 weeks of patience and I call up customer service and still there no status available and back end team will get back to me.
5) 4th of Jan 2015 I get a sms stating that my order has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances as the vendor would not be fulfilling it. The biggest joke is that I received a msg that my order has been sent across to ASK Me. A question to be noted.was it lost in transit, was it robbed at the back end, did it walk out on its own from the warehouse.the customer support has no clue.
6) I let go considering my refund is coming through.
7) After waiting for a week, I call up customer support asking on the status of the refund.The customer support your order is still under processing and we will be delivering the order. I dont know how the bags keep on disappearing and mysteriously reappearing.
8) Literally losing out on patience I ask for an escalation which I get and have been informe that the order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued for which they have a confirmation. I asked as to why I am getting wrong information.the escalation apart from a sorry has no clue who said what
9) January is coming to an end so I call up customer service, the pity factor is that this time they sympathize that I have not received a refund and again another escalation from the back end team.
10) Finally a girl named Megha calls and asks me for bank details manually wherein they could have easily refunded the amount to my debit card which was used to make the purchase but no it cannot be done.
11) I give in and promptly send it my details for which I have been assured that we will refund the amount within the next 4-5 working days.
12) A reminder has been sent after a week and half to Megha asking for the status on the refund but no response yet.
13) Lastly I just wonder did they really paid RANBIR KAPOOR for the endorsement or did he just do it for FREE as well.
Hopefully reading this review the whos who of ASK ME will get back to ME.
