My worst experience ever of online shopping.
I had ordered a Reebok sunglasses on 16 Feb 2015. Made online payment of Rs. 289/- after getting a big discount(actual price 1499/-).
As per their information, it supposed to deliver within 6-7 working day. I waited 10 days but there was no communication from their side(order confirmation email), neither they sent any dispatch nor any courier info. I sent an email to their contact, waited 2 more days but no reply against that email or any phone call.
On the 12th day, I called them up. It was getting disconnected every time after saying welcome. Finally, 4th time, some one responded politely and he excused politely. He said, it should not take more than 12 days so I supposed to receive it by that day only. But practically, it had not delivered that day.
On the 14th day, I called again, and as usual, after getting disconnected 2-3 times, some one pick up phone and after checking she said, it has not dispatched yet and will be dispatched immediately and will delivered within 6-7 day. And It delivered just next day of the final call.
Now what I have received is that made me more angry. The sunglass was not a Reebok brand at all and very poor in quality. Not even the beautiful box displayed during purchased, that is also changed. You can get that plastic cover in the footpath and will cost hardly Rs. 20/- to 25/-.
According to my experience, the AskMeBazaar.com is a fraud company. Don’t purchase anything from their site. Government should ban and take stern action against this type of fraud companies.
