I Ordered 2 designer fans on Askme, which was supposed to be to delivered in~10 days. After 8 days also no update. After calling the customer care they informed the order has been cancelled due to stock unavailability.( How can the stock be unavailable after accepting the order, ridiculous!).
Anyway I asked for the refund. They said with 5-7 working days the same will be refunded to my bank account. I didn’t get it.
After a month finally I got my money back after 100s of follow up& escalations.
Please don’t buy anything on ask me!
