I ordered a xiaomi powerbank and when it got delivered I found it was fake . And after that there was no reply from the customer care team all they know is 72 hours and a lot of talktime is wasted calling them since their is no toll free number.
My friends I sicerely request you not to buy anything From this website otherwise you will find yourself at my place. No refund with a fake product please do not buy anything this is a horrible site with no customer care. my order number was AB1053711 and complaint number is QRC118584 guys if you have been cheated by this fake website than you should assume your money is wasted and is dumped in dustbin.
They promised me refund and picked up fake product from my home but now the response has been nil and even that 04444444444 number is not responding. guys they block your number and will not listen to your complaints they have taken the product as well as the money and now I dont have anything neither the product nor money please do not dare to buy from this website as it makes a fool out of innocent customers I have fallen in the trap but please you don’t.
If your product hasn’t been delivered then do no TRY to inform them to get the product as it will be fake. guys I am editing this review as the company has taken my product and they are noe not refunding my money. please guys do not fall in trap of this company its a fake one.
