Delayed shipping and poor customer service

It was my first order from https://askmebazaar.com/ and I was very excited.


I ordered sunglasses and made the payment by Netbanking on Dec 11 2014. The parcel was expected to be delivered in 3-4 working days.


However even after 23rd Dec, there was no update on their website, so when I raised the complaint, they assured me to look into the matter within 24 hours and reply with an answer.


No answer/email for next 5 days.


On Dec 29 I got a call from the courier company saying you have a parcel from Askmebazaar and its a COD.


I was very embarrassed when the courier guys came home and was asking for money, since the payment was already done.


Such a bad company with poor customer service, out dated technology to process request and harassing customer even after a payment is done.


Beware while doing online shopping from Askmebazaar.com
