Worst Site & Wost Support & Fraudlent People

Please don’t buy any product from this portal. First of all, if you place the order for a product, there is no online order tracking. You have to call the customer support to know the order status.  Every time, if you call they’ll ask same stupid questions like "Are you business owner or working somewhere?"


The worst part is I placed an order for Samsung 9000mAh Power Bank with COD option. I called at least 10 times. They were giving the courier tracking number. But, when tracked it was not listed on the Redex website.


Later I received the product after 1 month and after making so many calls. It was mentioned on the bill that the package contains Samsung 9000mAh. So paid the cash to the courier guy and collected the product. I couldn’t open the packet immediately hence I had to go out of town.


I opened the parcel after returning from my trip and shocked to notice that, it was just Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank and not 9000mAh power bank. When I contacted the customer support I was told that any return or complaint can be taken within 48 hours. Their CS people asked me send a mail regarding this. For this mail also I got the same reply after a week’s time. This is utter stupid as the product received itself is different and they are not ready to replace it. Its better you can the money to some charitable trust than buying a product from this portal. You’ll feel happy of donating.
