AspireIndia.org is aspiring to be big in many areas of training and recruitment but there are problems with the way the company is running. It is not having it’s product line of Trachire, NeoHire, Prohire . ready and also it is trying to sell partner products since it’s not getting any revenue from it’s own half finished products. Nest, Trachire are all half baked products and not commercially ready .
They have also had many layoffs and have hardly 50 employees and have also sublet some of their premised to another company to keep costs under control.
The CEO has lots of ideas but his implementation team below him is poor. They seem to have lots of venture capital funds but those funds are running out fast and in 1 year this company may shut down.They seem to have a confused strategy about where they want to be.
