There is a branch of Assam Gramin Vikas Bank (AGVB) near to our home at my village in Nalbari district. My family members have at least 4 savings accounts there. One day I also visited the bank along with my mother. I was accompanying her to help in withdrawing cash.
I seeked for help from one of tge staff members but he never responded me properly. Then I asked him again for help but this time he looked me in an angrily manner. He then told me not to disturb him and saw me another person to go to him for help.
I also even noticed that some cashiers of bank staffs were misbehaving with senior and illeterate citizens. They should be very helpful and polite to elderly citizens but in stead they were showing their angers on them.
The working persons in there never maintaining the crowd inside the bank.
This branch near to our house has not any good environment inside the bank. It takes even more than a week to open account there. The service of this bank has been poor for a long time.
