I am an ex student of Assam University, silchar. Its nice to find my university on mouthshut.com. The life at Assam university is thrilling. The teachers are very good and friendly and helps students in every possible way. The classrooms are awesome espicially our engineering departments. All smart classrooms. Bus service is good. Abundant buses are there. Very large campus more than 600 acres. Fee structure is quite high being a central university. One thing which we engineering students suffer at assam university is of very poor placements. All students graduate without any job. Otherwise rest are awesome
