As most of the people(IT) who do not have time to roam around Bangalore or any other cities think of out sourcing, I also did the same. trust me I am not a spam. as you might see other reviews are spam. if you want to try and experience your fate. then you are welcome. go ahead and buy a package in assisted property. they are group of ladies, who do not like to work. they are little good in communication but trust me. they do not like to work. its like you have paid money to suffer yourself.
I have been deceived by a guy called Suresh. he was so confident that assisted property is this, that they wont make you suffer, t they will do everything. and we make sure you find your dream home in 3 months. initially I ignored this guy like anything. but trust this guy became a nightmare to me like anything.every now and then he used to call me. a* h*.
Later after all this I had to give a little thinking about this and even thought that even I have to find a home and I don’t have time to roam around Bangalore and search for a home. lets try this.
I opted for the basic package and paid the amount, that time some other lady called me and assigned herself as the PSM(property search manager and took my requirement and disappeared for 8-10 days. later I came to know that she resigned the job. without addressing me.!
I used to call them again and again regarding the status and then finally some other lady got assigned her name is Jennifer. well. she is one more trouble to me. calling her for like many times she thought may be customer looks like very much aggressive and lets do playing with him. by the time I started to file request for refund for my amount. trust me they will never refund your amount. I fought for almost 30 days for refund. they never said that they will do it. instead they were trying to convince me that. we will search property for you. we will do best. that this.! blah blah.
Finally this lady said. I will search a property for you, and I am doing this and that. I will call you every time. you no need to worry we will take care of everything. for her convenience. she was listing her own preferred properties not mine. I gave her clear picture that I want this. she never understood. and same time I requested them for extending my account period. after all fighting they increased one month. you will be surprised. in 4 months. they recommended 13 properties. OMG. isn’t this too much and that too I never liked any one. they were either in remote areas or not in my preferred list of areas. well when my package was still valid. she refused receiving my calls. now the account is expired. will she ever identify me.? Never.
Guys take your call, think wisely. avoid. such frauds. don’t just go by brand. It’s very cheap.
