I’m writing you to share my worst experience with Associated packers and movers.
I recently moved my household items form trivandrum to Gurgaon( Delhi) on 27th July 2009.It was promised to me by Trivandrum associate (Daulath ram) that once I get a house here in Gurgaon, my luggage will be moved from the godown then and there.The things worked just opposite than what he promised .When I called him on 19th august 2010 after getting the house, he told me that the luggages are in coimbature and it will take another two days to reach Gurgaon.They hid the fact the godown is not in Delhi but in Coimbatore.
Could anybody tell me how you can move anything from Comibature to Gurgaon in just two days. They are liers and make false promises to the customers.Now today is 12th day from the promised day and I’m still waiting for my luggage.I’m calling Daulath ram and Rakesh (Coimbature head) on daily and hourly basis. But these guys are not attending any of my call.My parents, relatives are calling them but no response.Even if they attend the call, they promise that the next day it will be delivered.
I have paid an amount of 40, 000 to move my house hold items and car.For car there is another story that I don’t want to share this time.
Just now I got a call from one of Associated Packers and movers guys, Mr.Ashish. Telling my the luggage has finally reached gurgoan.Now the situation has become even worst. He is asking me another 4, 300 which was not mentioned in the bill and to arrange my own people for unloading.For unloading and unpacking, I have already paid them in 40, 000 bill.
I just want to say, Associated packers and movers are a bunch of irresponsible , unprofessional people with no value to customers.
This is all what I experience all these days for the mistake I did to assign Associated Packers and movers to move my luggage.
I’m still waiting for my luggage with lots of pain.
