This company under the banner "Associated Packers and Movers" is basically a fraudulent one. I have contacted this company for shifting purposes from Nagercoil (TN) to Trivandrum (Kerala). The shifting included household furniture, wardrobes, kitchen utils, fridge washing machine etc.
Before leaving for Nagercoil I have reconfirmed the truck details, timing etc. so that I can be there as well. After traveling for about 2 hrs covering 80 kms, I have called them to locate the truck, they said they have cancelled it and didn’t even bother to respond. All I could do was just to sit and do nothing about it.
Now I seriously believe that the reviews posted here are absolutely relevant and true. Surprisingly the number is all routed to a single phone number and a Tamil speaking lady answers it all time claiming that the truck is already on its way. Low quality and quite unprofessional way of handling business. It seems there is one more company by this name in Pune, sure that this will damage their "name" as well.
