Recently we shited all our household articles to Delhi from Coimbatore. Intially these people used to call daily and pester us to confirm with them.
Once decided with them, on the day of transfer they came at 2.00pm with insuffieient boxes and other accessories.
Their packing was also not professional, and did’nt even have bubble papers around TV and other glass articles. Once we paid the amount (85%), there was no response from them. Finally we got the articlles after 20 days, with most of the items damaged or broken. Also a cycle and few other items were missing.
Eventhough I got the acknowledgement from them, I don’t know how to proceed further. Worst thing is Mr. Sharma, owner of the packers, is highly irresponsible, and threatens us if we enquire about the missed items. My sincere advice is please don.t go with these packers.
