On 21 Dec I was forced to pay 80000 before starting the treatment / before Admiting my son in Aster, i was with my son with a fracture on his wrist,
Doctor diagnosed and recomenended with a k wiring procedure’s the IP and surgery was estimated for 3 days with a surgery we were send to a financial consultant for estimating the cost , The estimators calculated 1.5 Lack for the treatment but according to financial consultant the final bill amont may go higher if the operation theatre time exceedes more then 2 hours,
We agreed to pay but at the payment counter we felt that money is highly valued at Aster morethan the care of a suffering patient
and therefore, We were constrained to drop the plan and left Aster.
We straight away gone to jubilee mission tHospital Trissur, get admitted there without any advance payment or financial Concerns, Received all the same tratment that was recommended at Aster With very effordable bill 48000,
The Dr. Rao and Dr. Ranju Raj at Ortho was highly qualified Doctors at jubilee and we where glad to Recieve proper care and treatment,
With my overdue experience with Aster i will never recommend Aster to any one in my family and in my friend circles ,
And would ike to request Aste to review your Quality Objectives towards to your patients / Customers and be kind enough to those people who are very unfortunates visiting you
