This is my first exposure to Indian TV serials. A friend of mine suggested that I watch this serial and started watching this about a year ago. I thought this was an excellent serial.
Story is about Dr Simran who marries a younger guy (Abhi) , who turns out to be jerk, has an affair, dumps her, moves in with his new girlfriend nasty Kiran. Then Kiran dumps him, Dr Simran first love comes back. Dr Simran has strong suport of her family, which consists of 3 sisters, Dad, Uncle and Aunt. She has a true friend in Doctor Manas, whose wife is a real witch called Urmila.
In the beginning, Dr Simran’s personality had a lot of character, showed her strengths, her weaknesses, a person you can indentify with.
Show should have ended a while back. Dr Simran should have either married to Dr Manas, or her first love Dr Joshi. End of story........
Now the story is just dragging. New characters are added in, new characters, new plots are added which are meaningless.
In fact now Asititva has become boring and meaningless. It is an insult to your intelligence.
I dont watch it anymore.
