Poor Customer Service & Non responsiveness

I follow Panditji on you tube. I bought fortune report and I got it in 2 days. Than I bought Name change report and paid 5001.xx. It’s 9 days since I paid money and no one is even responding on email., customer care number os asking to raise ticket on website, website does not work
