World Typing Chamionship cometitions are held biennially in Switzerland or Germany. Since in these competitions, competitors type in their own national language French type in French, English Type in English. Speed is measured in characters per second. The present World Champion has a speed of 11.3 strokes per second. In pakistan typing speed competitions are also held under the supervision of Pakistan secretarial Society.
