SUFFERING ON POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND PATHETIC SERVICE.
BOUGHT A LAPTOP SERIAL NO HCN0CX11K7950A.worked fine for 3-4 months and started to lag and hang.
called for customer support and got adequate solution through a home visit.
Again after 3-4 months same situation, I did the reboot and it improved.
Now at 30th Jan 2020 its has started display issue and auto shutdown.
called customer care and gave us a(case id a2001107256)(RMA id anu9l10606).
Till this date of the post at 6thFEB 2020 even after 7days, no solution is given.
After continuous calling the customer care Priyanka choudhary+911148784405 says
she can’t get hold of the service executive as he is not picking her phone,
and gave us a task to call ourselves to the given number(9513245755 Mr Ashwani).
This irresponsible man just talked to us once and is now not picking our phone too.
Is this ASUS company so unprofessional?
