SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS AND SERVICE OF ASUS. Let me know if any one is going to purchase or to know my experience
My Experience - Be aware of ASUS Laptops. I have had a very bad experience about ASUS LAPTOP, sub-standard products..I had purchased ASUS Laptop for Rs. 37000 on 18/11/2011 from SPACE COMPUTERS, Osmanpura, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
It is latest version of I5 Model ..model no. x53sc-sx492D SERIAL NO.B9NOAS069329359 but soon after starting to use, I observed that its speed was very slow. So I called service center of ASUS and got some repairing work. Then in the month of Feb 13 (only after 15 months) HARD DISK was crashed.
I had visited service center but they refused to help. They asked me to purchase another HARD DISK of Rs.4500 /-. So it is better to abstain from ASUS...Very bad products and service.
