This laptop is a waste of money, sounds brutal but I'm honest, I'd rather burn my rupess 31, 500 in winters for some warmth rather than spending it on this crap, this thing is super slow.! Speakers are pathetic, makes a constant irregular noise( not the fan but the hardisk yeah the harddisk! ) Keyboard feels cheap, it whole keyboard presses down when you push one key, hanging is it's day one issue and even after replacement.this thing is same as before this made me realize that the whole lineup of this product surfers from the same disease I can't comment on it's other products because I haven't used them and I did the mistake of buying this thing because( 1) this looks good( 2) and I had faith in this company back then, and this faith of mine is totally shattered after using this product.
Add on: the service support was good, they sent an engineer and my unit was even replaced but this didn't solve my problem at all because the laptop I bought couldn't be returned for another laptop and I have to live with it now.
