Bad product...

I got very bad product and I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of asus, I bought this laptop from asus shop, and after 3 days it will hanging, when I playing games on it, then it will heating too much, that’s why I bought external fans but it didn’t work, when I connect this laptop to my local area network then it will show blue screen and laptop restarts itself hence I cannot use internet, I contact customer care then it says upgrade ram, but I don’t want to spend extra money. I am disappointed with it.
