Hi, I wanted to share my opinion about Asus laptop which was presented to me by one of my subordinate.
The laptop was working fine for few days. After couple of weeks, laptop used to get heated up when put for charging. This doesn’t happen in any laptops. I thought of getting it fixed with its customer service, but unfortunately there’s only one service center across Bangalore in koramangala. The CS people adviced that the battery of the laptop needs to be replaced. I contradicted and told that it was a new laptop. But they said the warranty is not for the battery. I was very upseting and awkward during these kind of situation.
Please do buy this product when no proper warrenty
