I have been using this laptop from over two - three months.
The laptop is great. It is a very user friendly laptop which has great features in it like eye care mode and you
can also perform gestures on the touch pad area for zoom in zoom out etc.
The laptop is very reliable and have a great design also. It is also light in weight.
It comes with windows 10.
The sound quality of the laptop is good.
Talking about the service and support I encountered a problem recently. There was a noise coming from the fan area.
So I went to the service center and got it checked. There was something choked in the fan and the fan was damaged.
So the changed the fan free of cost. But again after three four days the same thing happened and because of this issue
it was causing the laptop to heat. Now will be heading again to the service center. But it’s really frustrating
that within two months I am facing this kind of problem,
Disappointed.
