I have bought this laptop from asus store I have spend 59000 INR . The Feature and Specification of the laptop attracted me and I change my mind from dell to asus.
Starting 3-4 months it run okk but after that the problem in the laptop started.
Problems
- Battery does’nt last for even 30 minutes and after 1 week the laptop became a desktop I can not start it without charging if you cut off charging the laptop get closed. I went to asus Store they said the battery got damaged you have to buy new battery I buy battery worth Rs 8000 after changing the battery it became a laptop.
After 1 month the laptop start to close without any reason and this process continues till now.
When ever I Start laptop it get off after sometimes(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90) minutes you can, t predict when will computer get off.
I again went to Asus Store they kept my Laptop for a week but problem does not solved then I went to chandigarh store they said that your motherboard should be changed and it’s Rs.10000.
I have already spend 59000+ 8000 and I can not spend more on the laptop.
I recommend not to buy this laptop.
