I bought X550LC at 34500 from Amazon. After 1 year of using it without any major issues, I would surely recommend it. Asus is not that much known in countries like India, but trust me it makes far much better laptops as compared to Dell, Hp, Lenovo and Toshiba. Quality reflects from every feature you use.
Battery backup is 4-6 hours depending upon usage, its way too much longer than other and I am not talking about theoretical backup, its what I have observed for an year practically. Don’t get too much surprised as you are getting i5, 4th gen with NVIDIA HD graphics with 4GB RAM expandable upto 16GB at such a low price.
Utilities like Gestures, Power Hybrid, Splendid utility, etc,
are provided by ASUS. The only thing that I don’t like is service because service centers are located only in major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi.
