I bought this about 4 months back. Did a lot of research before actually buying this machine. Though was a little skeptical of the brand for such an expensive machine. Decided to list down the pros n cons in the last 4 mths of usage:
Pros:
~ Strong body
~ Light weight
Cons:
~ Poor battery life, doesnt last a day on medium usage.
~ Touchpad already strting to gibe trouble
~ Unresponsive aftersales. The customer service is clueless about basic questions. The authorised service centres never answer any calls.
Final Verdict: I suggest at this price point it might make sense to buy a more reliable brand with better parts and sound customer service.
