Don’t be surprised with a title as that is exactly what we felt after we brought this Asus Zenfone 2 Laser for my husband. He was earlier using an Iphone 5, and had the worst experience.
However Laser checked all the necessary boxes.

Good Performance and easy on the pockets as well.
The size of the phone 5.5" is a lil to big according to me. but my husband just loves the phone.
The sound output for music and videos is a little low, this is the only small con in the phone every thing else is pro.
So if your on a tight budget then this can surely be what your looking for.
