Faulty product & bad customer service

Its not even 6 months that I bought Asus Zenfone 4 from Flipkart, it went dead & I had to get its mother board changed fron service center.


Now its not completed even 15 days that the phone has again gone dead.


I complained on Asus website but they are not responding.


"I have registered complain no. WTM20150412230514914 on 12th April on your website but still I haven’t got any response.


Yesterday I chatted with your executive Rahul Jogi who gave PUR request no. & told me to get it scheduled from customer care.


When I called your customer care, I got disappointed due to your executive Mr Yokesh who was quite disinterested in providing any info.


So I had to talk to the escalation senior Mr Sadiq. Even he told me that PUR could not be given in my case.


Its quite diappointing that your online support says one thing & customer care the other. It seems nobody cares about customer service.


Your service center put a faulty motherboard when I got it repaired in march which was just a few weeks ago or the product itself is faulty, whatever be the case, I am unable to visit your service center again and again as I cant take so many leaves from office.


I am writing this mail after coming back from office. Its really difficult for me managing without mobile as I have borrowed one from a friend.


So, please get it picked up from my official address thats already mentioned in my PUR request or replace this faulty product immediately on an urgent basis as I am having a dead mobile since sat.


Hope I get a prompt positive response & action this time!

Earlier also the same problem occurred when Samsung denied to repair Samsung Galaxy Young Duos bought from Flipkart under warranty and no action was taken by Flipkart and Samsung even after repeated mails.


It seems companies like Samsung & Asus have formed a nexus with Flipkart to sell sub standard mobile phones with Flipkart because when point of service comes, there has been no satisfactory response or repair and we are left with a faulty phone which is of no use even  when well within warranty period.


I request you to please take it up as a serious concern as I am left with no option but to abstain from buying such products.
