I called(and mailed as well) the ASUS Zenfone Support team asking for information about its next OS release(I meant when was Android Lollipop going to be released) or atleast approximate dates about the plans of its release.
They gather all info about you and your device(Sr No) and then they simply say that they are not informed about Lollipop release. Faced exactly same experience while querying about 4.4.2 release.
For the gods sake, every software company or division is supposed to have a release milestone and is to be made available to its support division so that queries reed could be answered to the customer’s satisfaction. Or make it available on company’s website.
All the times I’ve called them, they reply that they are not aware of this info. Bull s-h#it. Next time on I’ll be buying Google products.
