I am using this phone for more than one month. It’s performance is unexpectedly good. It is far better than Moto G2 in looks & performance and provides higher value for money.
Before buying I was confused between Moto G 2nd Gen and Zenfone 5. All my friends suggested me to buy Moto G2 because Asus is new in smartphone market. But after reading a lot of user reviews and responses I decided to go for this.
It’s touch responsiveness is far far far better than Moto G2. It can be compared with Galaxy S III’s touch.
Plays heavy games with full graphics on.
Plays Full HD and heavy videos without any lag or stutter. Moto G2 has audio video sync issue when high resolution/Full HD videos are played
Captures Full HD videos unlike Moto G2 which captures videos only upto 720p.
- Asus keeps rolling out software updates from time to time for rectifying software bugs.
It is slimmer and much sexier looking than Moto G2. Got the Reddot award for design.
Better camera than Moto G2 and has many options like Depth of field mode, time rewind mode, etc.
Cons:
Its speaker sound is not as loud as Moto g2 but I don’t think its a big issue.
Few software bugs after the latest kitkat update but they have promised to fixed them in the upcoming ROM update.
All in all- I am FAN of this phone now and proud to choose it over Moto G 2nd Gen.
