Hello friends, I am using this asus zenfone max from oct2016 at begining I quite apriciated this phone because of its long lasting battery of 5000MAH and camera. Really its camera quality is quite good, but what basic thing one phone should have is a good network reception and this phone has very poor network reception. During duty hour when I am at town the network keeps ok but when I come back to home network goes and I have to struggle too much to get network and calls.I complained to Asus care they said that this is not phone problem but it because of your network provider I told them I put the sim on different phone and network is fine in other phone, but they refused they said you cannot compare to phone. I changed network sim two times as they recomended and whose network is at our location but thats too of no use. The network is still a problem finally they refused to deal with my problem I asked for replacement or repair but they refused for that too saying Asus dont have replacement service.Now I am mAnasultanging it by keeping my phone upstairs I got no help from tech support team.Now another problem with this phone is it gets too much heated when outside in sunny weather and even when long phone call about 15min. And after getting heated phone starts laging and I get too much irritated I updated software but after some day problem starts again, volte problem was also there but it was fixed by an update.This phone even dont have gyroscope sensor and I cannot enjoy VR.And few days before on 8th feb-2018 mistakenly my phone fall from about 2 or 3 feet desk and the display got broken I had temperd glass with tempered glass the original glass which asus claims to be gorrilla glass was broken too . When I went to service centre the said asus I now not manufacturing its original glass so I have to buy other locally made diaplay which costs me @rs.1960.00, Asus I not even supplying its display but why this model is not too old.I am posting broken display image.I am very disappointed with this heavy phone, Friends please go for other phone like moto and mi which much better option than this one.
