Although Asus launched Zenfone Max M2 a year ago, I bought this phone about 3 months ago. Its launch price is Rs. 11999 for 4Gb RAM but I bought it in Rs. 7650 at Flipkart with SBI card offer. This phone has stock Android UI which I really liked. The phone lacked in design than other Androids in the market. The battery backup is more than average with 4000mah battery backup. It lasts about a day and a half. Camera quality is average. The front camera is 8MP and the rear camera is 13MP+2MP which clicks decent images. The phone comes up with snapdragon 632 and Android 8.1. But soon I got Android 9 update. Zenfone Max M2 has face lock and fingerprint scanner in security. But I found fingerprint scanner is little slower than other phones. The picture and sound quality are very good if not great. The display is 6.3 inch with a notch. I’m quite satisfied with this phone in the budget under 8k. I would recommend Asus Zenfone Max M2 to them who wants good features android in this budget.
