Dear Asus, I am sure that you are going to ignore this like the several complaints you are receiving on each day. But let me tell you, I have used smartphones of LG and Samsung, but never in my life I got such a hell like phone like yours.
Let me tell the details of my headache. I bought one Asus Zenfone Selfie Red [( ZD551KL) 3GB 32GB] this March. I was in fact cheated by your advertisements.
After one month of purchase my bloody selfie phone started showing some symptoms. At first, it was restarting automatically. And then apps were getting minimized frequently without my permission! And the funny thing is that I couldnt dial to a new number from your much boastful product. These problems were really annoying me and recently two black dots appeared out of no where on my back camera.yes the 13 MP pixel master camera! Arent you least ashamed of?
OK, DEAR Asus, dont think that I havent approached for your customer service. I did . I approached one at Museum- Nanthencode road, Trivandrum [ contact number: 04716940102] They told me that they will replace the main board and rear camera within 7 days. Of course, before the prescribed time, I got my phone back. But when I put my sim in to your phone.@#% damn.its not working They have done a great job. They might have replaced the main board but they have very cleverly forgotten to connect it to the sim slots.
Anyway, I am getting mad. Thanks for your Phone.
I will never suggest it to anyone [ even to my born enemy ].
NB: I have once again contacted your Service centre and what they told me was the new complaint of sim incompatibility might be due to the spare mainboard that Asus provided them.
