First I was asked to take aptitude test and after that technical interview was conducted for AR Analyst, the guy who interviewed me said that it would take a week to give feedback, two weeks passed and no one called.
So I made a call to Athena and most of the time they asked to call back later, finally after 15 attempts got the HR on line, naming and shaming part, his name is Ronald and he is very annoying.
He said my profile has been rejected due to less exp/only 1 year exp with previous employer, gawd after 2 rounds of interview which took 4 hours almost, and the way he gave feedback was the worst part, it was very annoying and rude. I wonder how a reputed MNC like Athena take these silly tards as HR, simpleton thinks he is god-like, would have broken his nose if it was face to face feedback.
