My roommate is associated with ATOS Origin for not more than 5 months and the impression which I got from him is not good at all. The poor guy is exploring other options now. Before he joined, the company boasted about lot of opportunities, projects, technology domains but after he joined he has faced many challenges in allocation itself. He has been allocated in two projects in 4 months and his stability is not sure yet. In his current project he is not getting work of his interest and which can add to his growth. Management is so poor they do not know who should be assigned what. They don’t know anything about the skill utilization, All of my roommate’s skills are getting wasted. There is too much politics among themselves that resources acts like children to prove themselves. My roommate doesn’t see any career growth and job security itself even the salary is not that much great for a 6 years of experience guy. Before the organization acts my roommate is thinking of acting by himself to save his career. Not recomended!
