Visited narayana netralaya few days ago, I purchased contact lenses and asked Is it possible to return these lenses if they will not fit for me/clear vision so they told me yes!
Then simply I spend around 4000 rs on lenses but these lenses was not fitted for me so I again call them they said come to hospital and they checked again I went hospital couple of time every time,
first time they told it will take time because my power is high then next time they said they will give different lenses for trial but samples was also not so good so I again approach them but again same thing I visited hospital but they are not agree to return lenses and refund money.
We careful before to visit this hospital.
