I have worked in this company for 1.5 years n I absolutely enjoyed working. Company is really cool n employee friendly in terms of work culture.
The company location is wonderfully connected with public transportation. The flexible time shifts make it even more convenient for employees to reach safely despite the morning hastiness. Also there was cab facility available for female employees for evening droppings to the nearest metro stations. Human Resourse department was friendly n directly accessible. Also there were awesome month end parties n happening activities round the year to maintain light n cheerful environment.
However, in this relaxing environment there is somewhere less spirit for competition. Which is why people tend to switch jobs. Appraisal were average. But overall it had safe n secure work environment.
