I visited aura for waxing, facial and head massage. When I entered, I felt like it’s closed many years back and I did a mistake going there and disturbing the people who were asleep. The head massage was pathetic. The vibrator they used on my hair tangled it. The girl who did my waxing was so rude.
Her hands were dirty as she never washed them. Uttering a word was a big task for her. She used the same wax strip for the entire hand and just broke my hair. The facial was even more pathetic. They have no skills, no professionalism, no hospitality. I would suggest everyone reading reviews about aura never ever visit such a dirty and pathetic salon.
