I had a message recently at their Borivali west centre. Experience was not good at all. The lady giving massage was using too much oil than necessary and seemed hardly interested in giving a proper massage. She was constantly looking at the clock to see if the time is up or not. Also they have a very bad policy for groupon voucher holders: only 1 voucher to be used on one visit, rest of the differential amount you have to shell out separately even if you have another voucher with you. This is not even mentioned in writing in the Aura voucher which they give. They just mention verbally when you reach their centre.
All the messages are very expensive and not value for money at all. Besides no receipt was given after payment saying’our printer is not working’, will send receipt by email which they never did. Also there is only one cabin with attached bathroom, so if you are a lady you will have to think twice before going due to privacy issues. Overall felt cheated with the service as well as the price.
