Kingship knows no kinship!!!!

This not a candy floss romantic story that YRF is known for . Aurangzeb is the story of contemporary India , the corruption and game for power . Starring Rishi Kapoor, Jackie shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Tanvi Azmi, Amrita Singh and Deepti Naval,  Sasheh Aagah and Prithviraj sukumaran.

Plot:The story is about Jackie shroff who is a big businessman of real estate in gurgaon but his real business does not belong to the legitimate world  and Rishi Kapoor who holds a very high post in police but his real business “Collection”.  Prithviraj Sukumar who does not have good terms with his father discovers something about his past which shatters him. This past intertwined him and Arjun Kapoor and gives Rishi Kapoor a chance to become an undisputed king in Gurgaon by defeating Yashwardhan(Jackie Shroff).

Arjun Kapoor is playing the role of twin brothers Ajay and Vishal.

Vishal has been living with mother and Ajay with his father who is under assumption that his mother and brother are dead. While Ajay is a spoil brat Vishal is the responsible one. Arya’s father has been helping him and his mother and before dying he gives the responsibility to his son support them .Rishi Kapoor devises a plan to exchange the position of Vishal and Ajay so that they could get evidence against Yashwardhan’s Illega; businesses but Rishi Kapoor had other plans.

Verdict: The movie will have limited audience as this is not the movie for the masses. It is an intelligent take on  a very mundane concept of twin brothers. Technically the movie is good but editing is a bit of let down. The movie scores full marks in acting department while Arjun Kapoor definitely doesn’t have a looks but he sure does have the skills, he is mindblowing in the movie.Acting is in his genes. The leading Lady has nothing substantial to do. She was there to increase the glamour quotient , she really needs to brush up her acting skills. Rishi Kapoor has proved once again why he has survived in the industry for such a long time. He is brilliant in this movie. Jackie shroff has done a reasonably good work. Amrita Singh, Swara Bhaskar, Deepti Naval were good too. Special mention of Privthviraj Sukumar is required he has carried the role of a cop who is corrupt  but has the values of his father very convincingly. He is a heck of an actor. Music is good and placed in all the right places. All in All I liked the movie . I would rate it 3/5. One time watch to banta hai :D
