I recently bought a Ausmo cable for my apple iPhone, the cable is very loose and also it is not compatible to my iphone 8 Plus, but the Ausmo site said it is compatible, hence ordered.
It has been 5 days I had recieved this cable, the quality is good, but when not compatible what should I do with it? When tried to connect with the customer care, observed that they have only whatsapp & email customer care, there is no caller service available. This made things even more complicated. It takes 1 day for them to respond to each of the emails you send. When we connect through whatsapp they direct you to connect through email.
And for the service, they ask you to send videos, photos and many more details, which becomes irritating as if customer is a cheater and they are genuine. It has been 5 days and still there is no solution to my issue and even though I requested them to connect me my mobile, there is not even a single call till date.
Not sure how long it will take to have the issue resolved. Overall, would NEVER recommend any AUSMO products as their after sales service and products are not genuine and you will have to pay the price and time for the wrong step you take.
