My brother in law send all the necessary papers so that I and my family get visa. we applied for Australian visa through ekido travels(chandigarh). I was very skeptical of whether I will get visa or not.
But one fine day Mr. Kapil(owner) of Ekido travels phoned me and told your visa has been granted. man I could not believe I was going to Australia. That night I was dancing with joy and uttering silly things.
We got air tickets from Ekido travels only. we were going to go in Malaysian airlines. First stop Singapore second stop Melbourne. we were four people me, wife and two kids.
I think it was 28th may, 2015. We took a taxi from Chandigarh to Delhi Indira Gandhi international airport. at airport I was very nervous as I never traveled outside India. Got our luggage checked in. filled many papers needed by custom. It is a very tedious job filling in papers. Confusing also. Finally we went to the waiting room for our flight. Malaysian airlines was good. but seating was very tight. Air hostesses were beautiful but bit rude to all.
