I bought a used car from their true value shop. It was sold to me with existing traffic fines, which I pointed out at the time of purchase. They promised to clear the dues before transferring the name. But they lied. They overcharged once I paid the initial money on every minute pretext.
Please avoid at any cost, we have much better dealers at the city. I recently found this while buying a new car exchanging the old one. They took more than 3 months transferring the name. The dealing executive changed the job. Rude behaved manager. In short a complete package of unprofessional package. I don’t know how they managed to transfer the name without paying the previous fines. Please don’t trust this dealer.
They promised a test drive but once I paid the initial deposit they even refused to give a test drive. I was lucky or its only because of maruti that the car served me satisfactorily. Beware of this dealer and avoid at any cost.
