We took our car to fix a minor accident on the front guard.
The Auto Matrix guys said we will go for a insurance claim and you dont need to worry, you need not pay anything.
The actual cost to fix the issue was 12000 rupees. However Automatrix guys wanted to make money by completely e cheating us. They said every thing in this car got issues. Now it will cost you alot! They did not tell us that they are going to change any thing in the car. They never informed us what they are going to and how much it will cost. They just screwed the car, replaced all possible things in the car. Finally rudely threatened give 48000 now and get the hell out of here. Insurance company said it will pay only 28000 you pay the rest from your pocket. Such a rude, unprofessional and cheating company. Please DONT go here if you are going spend your hard earned money.
