I had never thought that I would ever read this book since its an autobiography of a yogi. The book presented by someone was lying in my room untouched for many days. I dont know what made me pick up the book one day, but the moment I started reading it, I just could not stop.
I could sense some sort of a spiritual wellbeing each time I read the book. I was tempted to try out meditation for the first time, only after reading this book. And I must say that meditation takes you to a great level of spirituality. It gives you a feeling of heavenly bliss and self satisfaction. This book makes for great reading. After a very busy and hectic day at work or college, when you are very tired, just read a few pages of this book. You will instantly feel relaxed.
The accounts given in this book about the life of Swami Paramahansa Yogananda are interesting. The various incidents of his life are very touching.
