I ordered this product on 17 October. Your promised despatch was within 5-7 days. You did not do anything until 24th October. I wrote to support@autodivine.com. No reply. I came on your site as if for shopping, your chat support came online. When enquired about my order, you said it was shipped yesterday(24) and status will be updated today(25). I received an email about status updated with professional couriers tracking number DEL111902514 on 26th. When I tried tracking this shipment at Professional courier’s site, it said "Your consignment status request could not be processed." I wrote about this to support@autodivine.com on 31 Oct. No reply. I came online to your site on 03 Nov and tried chatting. No one came up. I disguised as a new user, and came online from a different computer. Your chat assistant(Sonia) said she will get back to me in 15 mins. I asked her to email me and went offline. Nothing as of 04 Nov 2017.
