I have ordered one set of front bumper guard and carrier for maruti versa to my brother in law. They request me to pay money on 05.02.2018 before 5 pm. We paid the money at 5 pm on the same day. It is informed that the items was booked and it will be delivered within a week. But till date the parcel is not delivers to the destination of Vaniyambadi, Tamilnadu. Every day I am called them to give the courier details but they used to say I will call you back. past 26days I didn’t know the status of the parcel and weather the parcel will delivered or not only God will know. The transferred money was Rs.6500/-. If the parcel is not delivered there is any possibility of legal action against them. Please reply.
